Return and Refund Policy

Kickstarter Campaign Orders

Magic Mouth Co. is currently raising funds through a Kickstarter campaign. Backers are not charged until the campaign successfully reaches its funding goal. If the campaign does not reach its goal, no charges are made and no action is required.

Before the campaign ends, backers may cancel their pledge at any time directly through Kickstarter. Once the campaign has successfully funded and pledges have been collected, all sales are final per Kickstarter's standard terms.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If you have a concern about your order before it ships, please contact us at support@magicmouthco.com and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@magicmouthco.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Consumable Product Notice

Fresh Tabs™ are an ingestible consumable product. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
