Why Micro-Hydroxyapatite?
Hydroxyapatite is similar to the mineral naturally found in teeth and is clinically studied for its ability to help remineralize enamel.
For Fresh Tabs™, we specifically chose a non-nano, micro-sized form with a defined particle profile as part of our swallow-by-design formulation philosophy.
We went beyond simply asking for “hydroxyapatite.” We intentionally defined particle size, purity, heavy-metal limits, and ingestion-suitability requirements for the material we wanted in Fresh Tabs™.

Dr. Blake Isaacson originally set out to create a fluoride-free toothpaste for his own family — one where every ingredient had a reason to be there.
But that raised a bigger question:

He initially set out to create a fluoride-free toothpaste for his own family, with ingredients intentionally selected for a reason. That idea ultimately became something bigger: an everyday toothpaste designed from the beginning around a chew, brush, and swallow routine.
